by using Lister Bestie you agree to these terms. if you don't, please don't use the service.
2. your content
you own everything you upload and everything we generate for you. we take a limited license to process it so the tool works.
3. acceptable use
no generating content that infringes on other people's IP, is unlawful, or violates the terms of the marketplaces you sell on.
4. credits
credits are non-transferable but do not expire. refunds handled per our billing policy.
5. liability
we do our best but the service is provided as-is. we aren't liable for indirect damages.
6. changes
we may update these terms. material changes will be announced by email.
